We read every post here. Help us help you fast — include these five things:
- Rig computer — Pi / Jetson / Windows-NINA, and your app platform (iOS, Android, web).
- Gear involved — mount, camera, focuser, whatever’s relevant to the problem.
- What you did → what you expected → what actually happened. Three short sentences beat three paragraphs.
- A screenshot of what the app showed (long-press or share from the app works great).
- One issue per topic — mixed bags get half-answers.
